The first amp we ever made - 50 W with and MRF171A, #16 solid wire, Arco mica trimmers, and Sangamo dipped mica caps. Transistor pads etched with an Xacto knife. Capacitor pads made from cut squares of circuit board material. Very crude but very effective. Ran off 28 V DC.
